Mariposa Second Highest Selling Master-Planned Community in State

Real estate and development company Harvard Investments is delighted to announce Metrostudy ranked Mariposa, Rio Rancho’s premier master-planned community, as the second top-selling community in the entire state of New Mexico. Metrostudy maintains the nation’s most comprehensive database of housing market information and reports on the most accurate market data on active and future construction in the industry. Metrostudy additionally ranked Mariposa as the number one selling master-planned community in Rio Rancho.

The Metro Study Q32019 report data holds Mariposa at the number two spot, maintaining that spot from 3Q2018 and moving up from the number four spot in the 3Q2017 report.

According to the Metrostudy Q32019 report, top-selling home sales are as follows:

  5. Las Soleras, Santa Fe
  6. Trails, Albuquerque

  8. Desert Sands, Albuquerque
  9. Milagro Mesa, Rio Rancho
  10. Los Diamantes, Albuquerque

Mirehaven reported 164 net sales and Mariposa confirmed 118 sales at year end.

Brislin explained the community’s cohesive concept and amenities that enhance living at various stages of life make Mariposa desirable across numerous demographic groups, particularly millennials families and active adult empty nesters.
