Real estate and development company Harvard Investments, developer of Mariposa, recently thanked UNM (University of New Mexico) Sandoval Regional Medical Center healthcare heroes by delivering a fresh meal from M’tucci’s Moderno, a favorite Rio Rancho restaurant.
Front-line healthcare workers received a custom-made meal in an effort for Mariposa to express their community support. We hope the lunches were a welcome break for the 60 team members, and included M’tucci’s memorable salads, pasta, meatballs, fresh bread and desserts.
